Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer asked about my past work history and whether I thought I would be a good fit for the position and why. After that, they explained how the company operates. That concluded the interview.

Had my first interview on Wednesday, then did a 2-hour project for my second interview on Thursday. Found out I got the job on Friday and started the next Monday.

The interviews were in-person, which was a nice change. I spoke to some employees about the work environment. The second stage involved completing an activity and explaining each step and why I did it.
