The initial communication before the interview was great. I traveled 80 miles round trip for the interview. After the interview, there was no communication even though I contacted the recruiter directly for feedback after two weeks. This was disappointing for a professional role.
There was no HR screening. The first interview was expected to be in London, which seems inefficient as it involves dragging people to London without first assessing their experience. This was followed by a general rejection email after chasing HR.
The interview was very informal and quick. It wasn't very structured, and it was just me and one staff member from Active Care Group. This should have been a warning for the lack of professionalism that followed.
