It was a phone screening with an associate consultant, and the interviewer was really dry. They asked basic behavioral questions, and it was hard to gauge their interest.
The interview process was terrible and the firm has horrible values. They value brain teasers more than behavioral interviews, which is embarassing. I'd advise people to never apply.
The interview process started with a quick 10-minute phone call with an interviewer. After that, there were two more interviews, each lasting 25 minutes, which were mostly behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next round, but I did enjoy the overall process.
