Candidate-reported interview process

The first call was with a few employees, but it felt all over the place, like no one had a plan. They all just threw random questions at me. They mentioned I'd get a 'personality test' next, but then... nothing. No replies to my follow-ups either. Bad communication, especially for a job that doesn't pay much.

The interview process had two steps: a screening call with a recruitment partner and a final interview with the VP of Sales. It was pretty standard with no unusual questions. The only downside was the two-week wait for a decision after the final interview.

I reached out to the person in charge of Emerging Markets personally on Linkedin about the open Account Executive position. The interview seemed to go well and he asked that I follow up with some questions showing my interest in the position. I did that immediately. Over the next month I followed up once a week to get an update. I was ghosted by the person in charge of emerging markets and never heard from him.
