Candidate-reported interview process

So you start with an online interview, then a chat with the recruiter. If that goes well, you talk to the Senior VP. If they're into you, the Account Sales Manager for the project will then talk to you and they're the ones who'll make you an offer if they like what they see.

I did a virtual interview on their tight schedule and haven't heard back since, even after a polite follow-up. This company seems incompetent and unprofessional. Applying is likely a waste of time. Not recommended.

Recruiter pre-screen, then a Phone interview, then a recorded Hirevue digital video interview, then a live video interview, then a final phone interview with the job offer. It sounds like a lot of steps, but it went very quickly and the longest part was the BG/DS.
