They were very upfront about the role and pay. They clearly laid out the subsequent steps and the expected timeline. The interview was conducted via Teams. The job posting accurately reflected the position. They also provided great feedback on my resume.

I was interviewed by two people who were really funny and easygoing. They made my interview very smooth and enjoyable. They didn’t require me to know a lot but wanted me to be familiar with some help desk processes. They also encouraged certifications.

The process was pretty straightforward. I talked to one of the managers about my background in the first round. The second round of interviews went into my thought process when tackling different situations and my technical acumen.
