Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted CV and cover letter, had a phone interview, then a video call, followed by an in-person interview, and another phone call. There's a trial period and it's recruited via Indeed and word-of-mouth. During the interview, there was a store simulation including stocking shelves and operating the cash register.

First, I had a video call, then I was given tests and a situational exercise. I was never contacted again. They should at least let us know what the outcome is.

In-person interview with an HR manager and a regional manager. The interview focused heavily on sales and organization. Team management was a central part of the discussion.
