There was a short chat in the store. First, some practical info was given about the store's tasks and the system. Then, a few questions were asked.
My interview for the self-service sales position went very well. The welcome was warm and the recruiter took the time to ask me questions about my past experiences, particularly in customer service. I was able to explain my interest in the position, highlighting my stock management skills and my ability to work in a team. I also appreciated the recruiter's transparency regarding daily tasks, as well as the possibility of career progression within the company. The work environment seems pleasant and dynamic. However, I would have liked more details on working hours and training offered. Overall, the interview gave me a good impression of the company and I am motivated to join the team.
A computer call visual interview, we met at the training location. The discussion covered your personality traits, your ambitions, future plans, and key characteristics. We also talked about team dynamics, your personality, your living situation, commute, and your willingness to commit to a full-time role.
