Candidate-reported interview process

The interview went well. The manager and regional manager made me feel comfortable. I wasn't stressed at all and enjoyed the questions and getting more info about the company.

After submitting my CV, there was an initial online chat with two area managers. The interview focused on discussing past experiences and the company's profile. It was a pleasant and human-centered conversation, where they made me feel at ease. They explained the job role and the salary package (RAL).
