Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process felt a bit of a drag, focusing heavily on business building and a real number-driven approach. They showed numbers by week and broke them down. The path involved training, then becoming a leader, and finally a manager. Be careful not to get swayed by their number-centric arguments.

The interview process was fast and informative. The interviewer was very detailed and I learned a lot about the Customer Service Specialist role quickly.

The interview was in person and focused on strengths. The HR person was upfront about the company's current situation. Keep in mind when you apply that this is a sales role and you'll probably be working from a retail location. The staff seems pretty nice.
