Candidate-reported interview process

Applied online and then got a call from a recruiter the next day for a quick screening. After that, I spoke with the branch manager for about 30 minutes. The following day, I had a panel interview with the branch manager and two other team members. Even though a panel interview can sound scary, they were really friendly and welcoming. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview, which was nice.

I started with a phone interview. Then I came in for a face-to-face with the hiring manager and got a tour of the office. I met upper management and the CEO, who shared their business insights and future plans. I also met someone in the role I applied for, who explained the daily tasks and asked some good questions. It was a good experience overall.

I first got an email to talk to the hiring manager on the phone. After that call, they had me schedule an in-person interview. I got a really good email from someone on the team confirming my interview details, including a schedule for the day and how to get into the building. When I got there, I met with three people for interviews, like a peer interview. They all asked really good questions. Then, I had a 30-minute call with the president who was traveling, and after that, I had lunch with the hiring manager. The whole thing took about 5 hours, which might sound like a lot, but it gave me a good idea of what the job and company are like.
