Candidate-reported interview process

I had an initial call with HR where they told me everything I was saying was wrong for a real interview. I was confused and waited for feedback, which never came.

I had a 30-minute online chat with a senior engineer. We talked about my past experiences and what I knew about how the company is set up. They explained the graduate program really well and let me ask anything I wanted.

It was a very pleasant conversation where they tested my interests. After the conversation, I had to do a few tests, one insight test and one for my technical knowledge. In total there were two conversations.
