Actalent Technician interviews, decoded.

The interviews moved pretty fast once things got rolling. First, there was an introductory interview. Then, a second interview where they went over the job details more thoroughly. Finally, there was an interview with the company folks and the main hiring manager. After that, you'd hear back about your results in just a few days.

I had a couple of initial calls with the recruiter to go over what I'm looking for. Then, there was a zoom call to talk about different job openings, followed by another zoom call for the actual interview with the hiring company. Actalent is a recruitment agency that sets up interviews with companies that are hiring. My recruiter was really helpful and kept me updated the whole time.

There were many follow up calls and interview prep sessions with the client company. It was contract work with lots of direction. The client company was zipline, so they gave a lot of info and disclaimers about the company and what to expect for the follow up interview with them directly. Overall, they paid great attention to the new hire and the people were friendly.
