Actalent Project Manager interviews, decoded.

I interviewed with the K-Zoo team and it was honestly one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The recruiter asked for my references and then really harassed and interrogated them, and they all gave negative feedback about the process, which was weird since they asked for references before making an offer. Also, when I interviewed with the client, Actalent inserted themselves into the interview panel, just listening in with cameras off and not participating, which was super odd. I definitely would not consider working with them again.

Before even talking to the hiring manager, the recruiter insisted on getting my references' contact details. There were no other interviews or any details about what the job actually entails, but they wanted to contact my references? It felt really unprofessional.

The interview process was very thorough and relaxed. Everyone I interacted with was great and helpful. It was a good overall experience and they seem invested in onboarding candidates. They provided preparation for potential questions and topics beforehand. I'd recommend this company.
