Had an internal screening call. They talked about the job and benefits. I was asked a general behavioral question and then more specific questions about my past jobs. It was about 30 minutes and then nothing else.
I first got a call from the agency, and then the client called me. They liked my answers, so I went in for an in-person interview. This interview had brain teasers and personality questions. I spoke with the Lead Engineer and the Tooling Manager.
Recruiters reach out about roles they think I'm a perfect fit for. Initially, they post jobs with high compensation, but then they inform me I'm unqualified and attempt to place me in positions that don't align with my stated employer requirements.
