Sent my application through the online platform, it was a standard recruitment process. First, I had an interview with HR, then met with the department supervisor. Finally, the HR department confirmed my offer over the phone. Nothing really special about it.

So basically, for hiring, we have a few steps. First, we write up the job description, then we post the job, then we set up interviews, have some initial chats, do in-person interviews, follow up, and then we make an offer.
