Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with an HR call, followed by an interview with the manager, and then one with the director. After that, there was an Excel test that needed to be handed in for review. Finally, an offer was given.

I had a phone screen scheduled, but then got an email an hour before it saying they weren't moving forward with my application. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I had three rounds for this position. First was with HR, then the team director and an associated manager, and finally the SVP. Everyone was super nice, and the vibe was really chill. They asked about my previous work and some fun personal questions.
