I went through a few interviews for a marketing role, but then never heard back. I followed up with the recruiter by email two weeks after my hiring manager interview. Two more weeks passed and I still had no reply from the recruiter. I also didn't like that when I told them my base salary expectation, they explained compensation would be a mix of base and performance-related bonus, and tried to force me to accept a lower base figure using that idea. It sounds like a good company, although my advice would be don't waste your time and apply elsewhere.
First, I spoke with the Talent Manager, which was okay, but they didn't really give me much info about the job. Then, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, and I thought it went pretty well. They seemed really nice and mostly asked about my hobbies and how I manage people, not really about marketing campaigns. After that, nothing for two months, then I got a rejection email saying they wanted someone with more end-to-end campaign experience, which is weird since that wasn't brought up and my resume shows I have it. The job is posted again now, so I'm not sure what they're actually looking for.
I talked to a recruiter first, then the Director, and finally the VP. Everyone was nice and friendly. Some of the questions were a little unusual, but overall it was a good experience.
