This was more of a micro-internship. I applied online and then had one initial call to assess my capabilities and strengths. The interview process was smooth, no complaints. Not much else to add.
The interview process was long, detailed, and pretty draining. While I get the need for thoroughness, it seems like it could really slow down current employees. Honestly, you can usually get a good sense of a candidate in the first 10 minutes. They might not hit every single requirement, because nobody's perfect. But if they meet the main criteria and seem like a decent person, the rest can be figured out.
It was a long process, but it was cool to meet so many different people working there. Everyone was very kind, smart, and passionate about their work.
