I went through phone and in-person interviews, all done within a month. It was a pretty straightforward process, not too tough. They actually gave me a good amount of info on NY State medical marijuana laws during the interviews, which was helpful. After that, it was easy enrollment.
I had two calls for the Marketing Specialist role. The first was with HR, and the second was with the hiring manager. They asked questions related to the job, and it really depended on who was interviewing and their personal style.
I spoke with the manager who used to be a cultivation tech themselves. They asked about what drives me, my related past experiences, and then presented three work situations to gauge my approach. The best responses involved communicating with the manager and asking for clarification.
