Acra Lending Interview Questions

The interview was onsite. The recruiter seemed to have already decided before the interview began. She was polite but kept a distance. She didn't ask many questions, just basic ones like 'introduce yourself'. This whole thing could have been done over a video call. It felt like a complete waste of time.

Had one video interview, the interviewer seemed to be trying to convince me I was the right fit. They weren't upfront about their actual location and were vague about follow-up timelines. Their responses regarding benefits were dismissive, and they promised to clarify via email, which never happened despite my follow-up attempts. It felt like a disingenuous interview, and considering the company's reputation from online reviews, it's probably not worth the effort.

The interview process moved super fast. The interviews were only a day or two apart, and I had an offer in under two weeks. They were really organized and knew how to keep things moving.
