Candidate-reported interview process

It started out like a normal interview, but then they gave me a choice of around 6 different case studies, and I only had to do one. The case study itself wasn't too tough, though I did miss one key detail because I was a bit nervous. They really value it if you know a lot about the company beforehand.

The first part was an on campus interview, it had six mini case studies. They really wanted to see how you think and approach problems. After that, the second part was an all day thing at the office. It included 2 case studies, an interview with an executive, one with HR, a behavioral interview, a situational analysis, and you had to do a writing sample. Oh, and there was a meet and greet with everyone so you could ask about their work.

First up was a 30-minute on-campus case interview. Then, HR called a couple days later to set up the second round at the Chicago office. My whole process dragged a bit because I had to wait for new dates. The second round was pretty packed: 2 behavioral chats, 1 case, a writing test, and a meet-and-greet with an associate. They specifically tried to set me up with an alum from my school. This second round clocked in at 3.5 hours, which also included lunch with some top management folks who were around to answer questions. Heard back a week later; they mentioned they were hoping for someone with a stronger IT background.
