Candidate-reported interview process

The interview started with a positive and pretty relaxed vibe. As we moved along, the interviews got a bit more serious, but in a good way, like they were just double-checking things. Everybody was dressed sharp and ready to go.

Went through 2 in-person interviews. They said I was a strong candidate, but I never heard back from them even after I followed up. So, I'm not sure if I got the job or not.

You'll first meet one-on-one for a quick interview on the first day. The second interview is where they'll really fill you in on what the job actually entails. Everyone is super friendly and has a positive energy.
