Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was very laid back and straightforward. We reviewed my resume in a little more detail and then they spoke a lot about the company. They seem very interesting! My next interview was scheduled for the next day and it is supposed to be more professional than the first.

It was 3 in person interviews. First, we went over my resume. Then, we talked about whether it was a good fit for both of us. Lastly, the trainer went over my job duties.

The interview process was quick and easy. I applied one evening and got asked to interview the next morning. I made it to the second interview but cancelled and declined.
