Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an online application, then had a phone screening. After that, there was an in-person interview with two managers. The final step was a one-on-one interview with an account manager. It was a fast process, but I needed some time to consider the offer. The manager gave me a call to discuss any further questions I had.

I applied on LinkedIn and HR reached out within two days. It wasn't as overwhelming as I thought. The people I met were nice and young, but knew their stuff about the business.

The first interview was a meet and greet with a manager. The next day, I had the second interview with a corporate trainer, which was more in-depth and focused on the client representative job.
