The interview process was pretty thorough without being too much. It was surprising for such a young company, they were very professional and focused. I really enjoyed the people I met and I love it here!

I applied online and then got some questions via email. I answered them and then got a call about 30 minutes later to meet with a manager. The meeting was weird and kinda rude, maybe because that's the vibe they're going for. They had me fill out a sheet about likes/dislikes and an emergency contact, which was strange. Instead of talking about my resume, they asked about the sheet. It was more of a conversation, but the interviewer wasn't giving me a fair shot and was really rude with their retorts. They mentioned the day-to-day involves watching management and then building your own team for returns, which sounded like a pyramid scheme.

We kicked things off with a recruiter phone screen, then I chatted with the hiring manager. After that, I had another interview with some team members. The final step was an in-person meeting with the director and hiring manager. The whole experience was great, everyone was super friendly and made it easy. Seriously, the recruiters, coordinator, hiring manager, director, and team were all amazing!
