Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very relaxed and straightforward. I chatted with people who seemed to be around my age, which made it easier to open up. I figured out the position wasn't the right fit for me, but overall, it was a comfortable interview experience.

The interview process was short and to the point, but still managed to give a good understanding of the company's operations and the role itself. I had the chance to meet several team members, and everyone was very welcoming and easy to talk to.

It was multiple interviews and each one was more detailed than the last. I liked that approach because it meant I wasn't overwhelmed with too much info at once. Since it was an entry level role, the interview wasn't heavily focused on my past experience (which is limited) but more on getting to know me. I appreciated this as it can be tough to find a job after school with little professional experience. We discussed both office-based and client-facing duties.
