Candidate-reported interview process

It was a great experience. They asked all the common questions but made it interesting yet broad. They asked about my education and how that can relate to my job.

They'll start with some basic questions about you and how you handle patience. They also want to know about your teamwork skills. You'll be asked about your 5-year goals and what you enjoy most about customer service. Additionally, they need to know if you have reliable transportation and if you have any set days off or upcoming vacations.

The network engineer asked me some tough questions that were way beyond basic troubleshooting. It felt more like a mid-level technician interview than an entry-level customer service one. The interviewer was unfriendly, seemed annoyed, and unreasonable, making the interview feel like it was going poorly. A notable detail was the mention of a sixty-day training period, though the purpose of this training wasn't clear from the questions. I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
