Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process at ACMH was straightforward and supportive. The interviewer asked thoughtful, values-based questions, explained the role clearly, and emphasized collaboration. It felt conversational, with a genuine interest in client-centered, trauma-informed care.

It was a group interview in person with senior management. The questions were easy and fine. The environment was okay, but they didn't seem to have a lot of space for employees.

Had a serious interview with PDs, then some time with peers. There was a lot of paperwork involved. We discussed the actual work itself, which seemed fair. Benefits are also fair. A background check and fingerprinting were required, and this took 2-3 weeks.
