Candidate-reported interview process

Applied, then had a phone screen with HR, followed by two in-person interviews: first with the General Manager of the store, then with the Sales Manager. After that, there was a background and credit check.

Had a quick phone call with HR, the interviewer was pleasant. They don't provide a direct call back regarding employment, just a general email. The questions weren't difficult, they just wanted to know about your relevant experience.

The interview process was straightforward. I met with HR and the team coordinator, and we discussed my experience and skills relevant to the role. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes, and the team was really nice.
