I showed up early and we chatted about my past jobs. I also talked about how my good work habits would be a good fit for serving customers. We went back and forth on a lot of questions and answers about the company and what we offer. The hiring manager was really cool and kept it straightforward. I also had a phone chat about my personality and what it takes to do well in a call center. The interview was quick and chill, the person on the phone was super nice and made me feel at ease. It all just flowed really naturally. Now that I'm working here at Ackerman Security, it feels just like home.
It was a really simple and direct interview process. The interviewer talked about the job duties and asked if I could handle them. It was a good experience overall. They offered me the job the next day and told me to go for an on site drug screening.
The interview was pretty simple. First, there was a phone interview, which was like an initial screening. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 20 minutes, where they asked standard hiring questions.
