Candidate-reported interview process

After submitting my resume and cover letter, I was contacted the same week for a one-on-one chat. The interview itself was pretty chill and didn't run longer than 30 minutes. The interviewer was really nice and kept things casual, definitely not a stressful situation. She gave me a rundown of the role, what they're looking for, and how many hours I could commit each week.

It was a really relaxed interview, not awkward at all. When I asked about the company culture, the interviewer seemed a bit unsure how to answer. They did show me around the office and explained some specific aspects of the job I was interviewing for.

The work culture seems benign, but don't be deceived.
