First sent the application, including a video in November. About a week later, received an invitation for a video interview. After the successful interview, I was invited to come to London for a weekend "training," but this training is still technically part of the interview. Many of us seemed not to realize this and were not offered the job/put on a trip.
I had a phone interview, and then pretty soon after, they invited me for an in-person interview. The questions weren't too tough, and it felt like they were more focused on whether I'd be a good fit for the company rather than my experience related to the job. Looking back, they didn't give much info about the job or daily tasks. In less than a business day, they called and offered me the position. They moved really fast.
So first they asked me to do a video interview where I introduced myself. After they liked that, I went in for an in-person interview. I met with a few of the managers one-on-one, and they were all really nice and asked some good questions.
