Candidate-reported interview process

The first phone chat went really well! They asked five questions, and I got an email about 15 minutes later saying I'm moving on to the next step, which is an in-person interview. If you've taught before, like as an assistant, lead teacher, or tutor, you should find those questions pretty easy to answer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. After applying, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with the principal. The whole thing was explained before the in-person part.

You do a demo lesson and then have a private interview with the principal and another teacher. They give you feedback on your demo lesson. It was interesting to see what they focus on. They seem to pay more attention to small details than the big picture.
