I applied through the local news website job board and heard back from HR. The interview seemed to go well because it's a sales company, but they were focusing more on the fulfillment side of things.
First, you show up on time and have an interview with an interviewer, and then a meeting with the teams right after, so it jumps you right into it. The interview was very easygoing.
I got hired the same day! The interviewers were really nice. I really wanted to work somewhere that truly helps people change their lives, and I think that helped me get the job.
