It was relaxed and engaging, I really loved it. They give you the chance to go through all the details of each job. The interviewer also takes the time to explain the background of the company and provides a breakdown of the work you would be expected to do.
The interview process consisted of 3 stages. The first stage was with HR for verification, focusing on my profile and experience, and my willingness to use Hubstaff for time monitoring since it's a fully remote job. The second interview was with the COO/Head PMO to delve deeper into my project management expertise and present live scenarios for handling complex cases. The third stage involved a discussion about current projects, my potential contributions, and my strategic approach if selected.
The interview experience felt well-rounded, with questions designed to make candidates comfortable while assessing their qualifications. Several interviews were conducted with individuals connected to the role, including HR and the direct manager. During these interactions, the company provided pertinent information about the job and its requirements, and clarified their remote work and flexible scheduling policies.
