The interview process was simple: went to the office. First, HR interviewed me, and then the position owner. The process was very long and I received little feedback, which is not the great workplace they advertise on social media.
It was a panel interview. I spoke with an HR rep and a process engineer who I would be working with. They asked me about my past engineering experience, times I used school knowledge in real jobs, and my strengths and weaknesses.
I met with two full-time packaging engineers. I answered situational questions and questions about why I would be the right student for the job. They were two great, fun, happy guys and asked about my past to figure out my work ethic and my values.
