It was a laid back interview process. I talked to the manager of hourly trading operations and the director of portfolio management. We discussed the unique parts of the job and the power industry. This is the entry level job at ACES.
The interview process was great, enjoyable, and friendly. They were very human and relaxed, focusing on attitudinal development outside of work. They asked about family, free time, and hobbies.
I took a test with questions, and then they reviewed it with me. The interview was two hours long and I could ask them lots of questions. I got the job, but couldn't start for like eight months.
