The interview process was very straightforward and simple. The people that interviewed me were very nice, professional, and personable. They explained all of the business. With massive growth opportunities. Very easy and straightforward.
I joined the first interview via zoom and it was really quick and simple! I was then invited to a second interview which was much longer. I like that the company focuses on Face to Face Marketing and the growth opportunities. The second interview was enjoyable and they explained their company well. Overall, I really enjoyed my interview process!
Got contacted right away for an interview. The marketing assistant job description was super vague, not many marketing tasks listed. But during the interview, it turned out to be a sales role. They said I wouldn't start as a marketing assistant but as a direct-to-consumer sales rep selling AT&T and working weekends. So, you don't really get the job listed online; they make you work commission-only sales first, and then supposedly you learn marketing as you go and might eventually get into the role you applied for. This whole thing feels sketchy. If they only hire for sales, why post marketing jobs?
