The interview process was very professional and kind. They asked detailed clinic questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The interview was typically an hour long, where I introduced myself, my background, and more. They also asked about my passion for the work.
Had an HR screening, and then went through two rounds. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was with the VP of another team. There will likely be more rounds later. Everyone was really friendly, and the HR person was very communicative.
it was pretty easy, they asked about why i wanted to work there and my experience with kids. it was a bit behavioral, asking how i would react in certain situations or challenges. they also asked about my availability for training.
