The hiring process was straightforward and quick, concluding within a week. The HR department reached out to schedule the interview, which was set for two to three days after the initial contact. You'll receive their Skype details from HR. The interview itself is conducted via a call at the scheduled time and typically lasts around twenty minutes.
After applying through Glassdoor, I got an email for an interview. I wish I'd asked for a phone interview first, it might have saved time. The in-person interview was pleasant, everyone was nice, but it felt like they'd already decided against me. A big hint was when they said they didn't have my resume. The whole process felt inefficient. I didn't hear back for about 1.5 weeks, so I emailed them and was told they were moving forward with other candidates.
I had 2 interviews. The first one was with a manager, who was very nice. My second interview was with the CEO's wife, who seemed standoffish and unengaging. After that interview, I wasn't sure if I wanted the job anymore. A week later, I followed up and was told they went with another candidate. They had mentioned how important it is to keep in contact with interviewers, but they didn't do that themselves.
