The interview have 2 round. First round include intelligence test and supervisor's interview. The second round is a presentation about any 3C product you are interest in. The supervisor mentioned that they care about the most during the presentation is candidate's logic.
It was a rigorous and structured group interview with creative parts and team talks. Division heads presented their groups. Around 12 candidates were split into groups. We started with self-introductions using a prepared presentation/bio. Towards the end, there was a group exercise where we were divided into 2 teams. Overall, the interview process was great, and the HR team was very nice and helpful.
Had a phone call with HR about motivation, availability, etc. Then had 2 rounds: First round was with HR and the hiring manager, covering questions about the role, my previous experience, my interest, my skills, and salary. Second round was with the CEO, discussing understanding of the role, interest in the company, and salary.
