The interview process was smooth and well-described. Rapport was built, and I met with higher management. All topics were discussed. After two interviews, an offer was made, but I declined due to a better offer from a competing firm. Acentria is moving in the right direction and was a strong contender.
I was reached out to by email about the job. We set up an in-person interview. Mostly they just talked about what I'd be doing in the office. They showed me around the office and introduced me to coworkers.
I applied online through their careers site. For the application, I had to record answers to two situational questions. Then the Director of PL reached out for a general chat. I had two more interviews with the director and then they offered me the job. The whole thing took about a month.
