it was quick and smooth, I got to talk to an HR rep one on one and then was contacted about a week later. It involved basic questions about experience.
I went through a two-step interview process. First, there was a phone screen, and then an on-site interview. Both interviews were about an hour long. I wasn't given any feedback on why I wasn't selected, and the company mentioned they chose someone else, but their job posting is still active. It would have been nice to get honest feedback on why I didn't move forward.
Started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting. I spoke with HR first, then the supervisors. They gave me a tour of the shop floor, which was super clean and organized. That was really cool to see. The employees seemed friendly and easy to talk to during the tour.
