First I had a phone screening, then an in-person review. It was one of the nicest interviews I've ever had, so much so that I accepted their offer over another one that was $10k higher. I really wanted to be part of their culture.
The process involved a couple of phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview. It was pretty straightforward. I talked to someone on the phone, then had another call the following week, and then went in for an in-person interview the week after that. I know it takes longer for some people, but mine wasn't too long compared to other places. After the interview, I got a follow-up call about the job and then an offer.
The interview process is in-depth, but they really make sure that you'll fit the team, the culture, and the company before getting to fitting the job. Interviews are very conversational and don't feel like interrogations. You'll likely have skill testing for some positions.
