Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really informative process about the specific job I might have gotten. The people were nice. It seemed like a place where things move along at a steady pace and you can work how you like. The atmosphere felt good and the people were friendly. You could get lost in the huge warehouse though. You need to be aware to prevent any accidents.

It was a quick phone chat. The hours are okay but the pay isn't great. I passed because they wouldn't negotiate on pay. It's hard to find workers these days, you know? Gotta make it worth it.

It's an easy and laid-back process, just be confident and outgoing and it'll be a breeze. No tough questions. Just do the basic prep and practice.
