Candidate-reported interview process

I went through a 2 round interview process. The first round was just a basic chat to get to know me and my work history. The second round involved meeting the people I would have reported to if I got the job. I met with 3 individuals, which felt a bit repetitive, and I thought it could have been more efficient if it was a single group call instead of three separate ones.

The interview process involved 3 interviews: first a phone screen, then a chat with the direct manager, and finally a chat with upper management. These were all video calls which made scheduling really simple. Everyone I talked to was pretty chill and easy to talk to.

The interview process was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and it seemed like a great place to work. I would recommend trying to work for Ace any day.
