Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone interview first, then the second round was scheduled to be via skype or in-person. I applied for two jobs and both recruiters rescheduled, which I found odd and a bit unprofessional. One recruiter even emailed me on Christmas day to reschedule, and the other canceled 20 minutes before our interview.

it was pretty good but difficult to get in as a 2nd yr mech student it was not for us but still i tried n failed ofc but that was a good experience in my point of view

First, there was a phone call, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an assignment. After that, there was a panel interview, and finally a background and drug test. Make sure you do a lot of research about the company beforehand. You can also ask them about what they're working on right now and how you could contribute.
