Ace Handyman Services Interview Questions

Applied online and got a call back within a week. They mentioned 3 interviews: a preliminary phone screen, a virtual interview with the administrator, and an in-person interview over lunch with the whole staff followed by a meeting with the administrator. Everything went well.

The hiring manager mentioned that the previous manager left because the workload seemed unmanageable for a single person. She is looking for someone who is willing to work beyond the standard hours and regularly take work home. It appears they require more than a typical manager, but are using the title "manager" to avoid paying for more than one employee.

It was a quick interview. Honestly, there isn't much more to share besides that the interview was incredibly easy. It was a fast interview. There wasn't much else to say about it other than the interview was too easy.
