Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was drawn out over three rounds, which felt unnecessarily long. After that, they ignored me until I contacted the recruiter. The questions weren't hard, and the team was nice.

I went through three interviews and two assignments, one written and one oral. It took over a month to finish the whole thing, and I had to ask twice for their decision at the end.

Started with a simple HR screening, but the actual interview was dysfunctional because the interviewer showed up late and then spent 10 minutes answering emails during the call. I don't know what the other interview stages are.
